Hi

Thank you again for getting our Visa over the line. We tried over 10 other migration agents to assist us with our near impossible visa application and they could not find a possible way forward. We were so lucky we were referred to you by a friend and we wanted to try one last migration firm before we gave up on our dream.

Ismail, you achieved the impossible and got us a 188 Business Innovation and Investment Visa. You were extremely thorough and left no stone unturned. Without your competence and thorough legal mind, your attention to detail, we would have never achieved our dream. We couldn’t recommend you enough to anyone who wants a Migration lawyer, you know your stuff and go out of the way for your clients. Ismail you are the man.

Regards

Ismail took on our case which was complicated and was not going to be easy. We believed our daughter had a right to New Zealand citizenship but unfortunately the circumstances of her birth fell outside the rules.

The Department asked for every possible document (sometimes twice); the process was slow and tested our mental stamina.

Ismail was calm and professional and kept us informed. At the precise moment we needed a more powerful approach Ismail turned up the legal heat and pursuaded the Department to act!

Our daughter is now a New Zealand citizen. Thanks you Ismail !!

I was a client of IR Legal since 2019, with Ismail Rasheed as my lawyer. I'd like to thank and take this opportunity tell that Ismail is an outstanding lawyer who is knowledgeable, forthcoming and anticipatory. Ismail has always been prompt with his response to inquiries and my questions in a language that a non-legal person like me can understand. Having a complex immigration status from beginning, every visa I got, Ismail had to fight an uphill legal battle; be it, getting a student visa, partnership based visa, getting refugee status approved and finally Permanent Resident visa.

Hi Ismail, We want to say thank you again. After been told by multiple Immigration Consultants and Lawyers across New Zealand there was no pathway to achieve an Entrepreneur Visa for us, and we were about to give up on our hopes and dreams of investing or starting a business in New Zealand when we saw your Facebook post.

We contacted you and paid for a consultation to go over our situation. After a 1 ½ hour very through consultation, you gave us hope and agreed to take our case on. It was the best $350 we spent in our whole life. You did a detailed business plan for us; you understood the stress we were going through. We could contact you directly, weekends included. You answered all our questions always and kept working hard. Your attention to detail is next to none, you know your stuff, and you have a very sharp legal mind, and you dealt with Immigration New Zealand with any hurdles we faced.

Thank you, Ismail, for achieving the impossible.

I am writing to thank you so much for being the best Immigration Lawyer. I was at breaking point when I remembered my friend said she knew the best Immigration Lawyer and she was so right.

My business partner was stuck in Turkey after being advised by the Immigration Department and his immigration adviser to travel overseas to marry his partner and then to live together for two months. Once in Turkey the rules were changed and that is when his adviser was out of depth and we needed the best.

Ismail, you were so easy to talk to and never gave up hope to find a way to get this genuine couple back home. Thank you once again for all your support when times were tough and you are worth your weight in Gold.

Thank you for representing me. My situation would have been much worse without your research, diligence, and hard work. It couldn't have happened without you, when I lost my hope to stay in this country and other lawyers and advisers turned their back to take my file.

I was fortunate to have you on my side and responding to my PPI letter and you pleased me with success news. You educated me on what to expect, what the likley outcome would be, and then you acheived it.

Ismail is definitely a great, trustworthy, and caring attorney for all immigration matters and I certainly do not hesitate to recommend Ismail to everyone. He will be with you every step of the way and make sure that you fee comfortable.

I was reading your email again this morning and I would like to thank you again.

You said you were just doing your job but for me it was helping to secure a safe and better future for me and my son, and that is saving someon'e life in my eyes.

I never liked lawyers and they kind of scared me before when I needed one. My feeling towards lawyers has now changed and I will highly recommend one to anyone who needs a voice when no one is listening.

I am so greatful for the outcome and I thank my God for his hand over this entire process and for sending me a lawyer who He knew will have my back.

I am very happy that the resolution of my case is the approval of my Work Visa towards Residency. This was my final attempt towards attaining my visa and without your input I wouldn't have been able to achieve this.

You filled all documentation and counselled me through the whole process in a very timely manner. You answered and quelled all my major concerns at the time, no matter how big, small or repetitous I may have been at times.

As I have mentioend to you before, you gave me far better service than any other solicitoros and immigratiion advisers I saw locally. You kept the communication lines open and really understood the stress this kind of legal issue create on one's life.

I would highly recomment you and your firm to anyone who may require legal assistance in immigration related matters.

This review is to thank my incredible Immigration Lawer; there is not enough words to say about Ismail Rasheed (IR Legal). He is professional. kind, understanding, very responsive, communicative, informative, and was a pleasure to work with.

Although my case was a difficult one and the Immigration Department took a while to process my application Ismail took intiative to call the Department and check on my application status and always keeping me in the loop about the process. He handled my situation and the case with patience and gave me peace of mind, answering all my questions.

His prices are very reasonable and at no point did I feel taken advantage of. In fact he was very understanding of my complicated and difficult situation I was having outside of my case, and I cannot recommend him enough.
