Tatiana Petrova is a senior legal practitioner with extensive international legal experience with a strong focus in migration law. She is admitted to practise law in both Australia and New Zealand and brings a strong background in judicial, advisory and cross-border legal work.

Tatiana received her early education in the Russian Federation, where she completed a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Laws with a specialisation in Criminal Law. She commenced her legal career in Russia as a Senior Officer of Justice and subsequently served as a Judge, undertaking judicial duties and gaining extensive experience in legal decision-making, procedural fairness and the application of law in complex legal settings.

She is now a qualified legal practitioner admitted to practise law in both Australia and New Zealand, bringing valuable transnational experience to her practice. Her professional background spans legal systems in the Russian Federation, New Zealand and Australia, providing her with a broad and nuanced understanding of law across jurisdictions.

Tatiana advises on a broad range of migration matters, delivering clear, structured and outcome-focused advice. She also assists clients with education-related pathways, providing strategic guidance on study options and supporting clients throughout the application and migration process.
