Jackie Simpkin is an experienced commercial lawyer and registered trademarks attorney with extensive expertise in intellectual property, commercial law, employment law, and privacy law. She advises businesses of all sizes, from start-ups and growing enterprises to established organisations, providing practical and commercially focused legal solutions tailored to their objectives.

Jackie has significant experience in all aspects of intellectual property law, including trademark and registered design filing and prosecution, brand protection, IP licensing, commercialisation, and the enforcement of intellectual property rights. Her practice spans resolving early-stage disputes through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, as well as representing clients in complex patent and trademark infringement and invalidity proceedings before the Federal Court of Australia.

In addition to her intellectual property practice, Jackie advises clients on a broad range of commercial law matters, including commercial agreements, business transactions, contractual negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
